SRS-1 & VDM-1: Reflow Simulator &
Video Camera Capture System
Reproduce the temperature profile of the Reflow oven. Can observe the melting state of solder paste and record the image.
SRS-1 FEATURES & BENEFITS
- The local matrix control system of upper heater makes possible reflow soldering of PCB in which the thermal capacity is inbalanced with the best heating temperature.
- Each heating stage sets the temperature as well as the time. It makes it possible to change the time which keeps the reflow peak temperature freely.
- Can observe the state of soldering through wide glass windows from four directions: front, back, top, and bottom.
- Reproduce nearly the same conditions as an actual reflow oven by using the hot air of the upper-heater and the extreme infrared radiation of the lower heater together.
- Can heat in a N2 atmosphere and control N2concentration with the O2 Oxygen Analyzer, OAS-1, and N2 flow adjustable function. (OAS-1 is optional)

SRS-S SOFTWARE FEATURES & BENEFITS
- Can recieve the data in real-time and display on PC.
- Temperature and time can be easily checked at points by shifting the cursor while monitoring the temperature profile.
- Pressing the zoom button can extend a desired range.
- By inputting the basic graph, data can be displayed as acceptable "OK" or rejected "NG" according to whether or not they deviated from the basic graph.
- The temperature profile can be printed out as it is. The processed data can be also printed out.
- Can analyze the pre-heating and the main heating data from the masured data.
- The measured data and the data converted into CSV file can be saved.
VDM-1 FEATURES & BENEFITS
- Can receive the time, temperature, wettability, and other signals from Malcom products compliant with the VDM-1 and outputs these signals overlapped on video signals taken by a video camera photographing simultaneously.
- Built-in a scale function for measuring a displayed object.
- operation is executed easily with a mouse only.
- Can display two images at the same time by connecting two sets of CCD cameras. It makes possible to observe them taken from the different directions.
